  • I have a problem during check out (refused payment), what can I do?

    In case you're having problems during the check-out process on our shop, please try the following:
    - Temporarily turn off any ad blocker or extensions that may prevent our website from properly responding.
    - Delete cookies and empty the cache of your web browser, then reload the page.
    - Try using a different web browser.

    If you are still experiencing issues, please contact our Support team, they'll quickly be back with a solution.

  • I haven't received a confirmation email after ordering a product, is this normal?

    You should receive a confirmation email after purchasing a product from our store. If that is not the case, follow these directions:
    - Check your spam/junk folder.
    - Search for a message from contact@mwm-store.com throughout your email folders.

    If you're still unable to find the purchase confirmation email, get in touch with our Support team.

  • Can I change my delivery address after payment?

    It is not possible to change the delivery address after the order has been placed.

    That being said, don't hesitate to contact our Product specialists if you have any doubt about this, they will quickly get back to you.

  • Where can I download my invoice?

    Your invoice can be found in the confirmation email sent after the purchase. If you have troubles finding the confirmation email or your invoice, don't hesitate to:
